Emily Yin

Emily Yin is an experienced packaging developer currently working at Coty since April 2022 as the R&D Lip Packaging Lead Developer, specializing in brands such as Rimmel, Manhattan, and Bourjois. Prior to this role, Emily served as an Associate Packaging Developer at Unilever, where responsibilities included investigating quality concerns, mitigating supply chain issues, and supporting various product categories through technical evaluations. Additionally, Emily worked at Allergan as a Global Packaging Technology Co-op, participating in new product launches and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure compliance with FDA regulations. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from Rutgers School of Engineering, completed in 2021.
