Javier Martinez Pejoan

Javier Martinez Pejoan is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Director of PMO Global Supply Chain and Transformation at Coty since May 2018. Javier has held various leadership roles at Coty, including Director of Strategy & Agility for Global EXO Operations and New Product Development Regional Leader for EMEA EXO Operations. Prior experience includes key positions at L'Oréal, BORGES Vinegars, and IVECO, where Javier contributed to manufacturing, quality management, and product lifecycle strategies.
