Joachim has a proven track record in M&A processes, both public and private, including deal structuring, financing, contract negotiation and anti-trust matters. Joachim has a strong background in global tax planning and tax efficient structuring of cross-border operations and transactions. Joachim has significant expertise in equity-based compensation and international estate planning of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals. Joachim has extensive work experience in Europe, Asia and North America.

Joachim Creus has a Lic. Iur from KU Leuven in Law, a Postgraduate from KU Leuven in Corporate Finance, and an LL.M from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in International Tax Law. Joachim also has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from KU Leuven in Corporate and tax law.
