Lennard Boogaard

Lennard Boogaard is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various multinational companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Human Resources for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Coty since February 2020, Lennard also holds the role of SVP HR Global R&D, Supply Chain & Procurement as of September 2023. Previous roles include Global Head of HR at Enza Zaden and over two decades at Unilever where Lennard held multiple senior HR leadership positions across different regions including South East Asia, Australasia, and Europe. Lennard's career is marked by significant contributions to organizational transformation, culture change, and restructuring efforts in diverse environments.
