Patricia Costa Pozza

Patricia Costa Pozza is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the beauty and fragrance industry. Currently serving as Senior Director for Skincare and Niche Fragrances at Coty since October 2016, Patricia has held key roles including Senior Brand Director for Gucci and Burberry Beauty. Responsibilities have included the development and execution of local strategies for several luxury brands, significantly enhancing brand positioning and performance. Prior to Coty, Patricia worked at Procter & Gamble in various marketing leadership roles, managing esteemed brands such as Hugo Boss and Lacoste. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
