Anissa Saleh-Abdullah

Anissa Saleh-Abdullah is an experienced agro-food engineer currently working at COUBECHE Group since October 2022. Prior roles include serving as a Quality Engineer alternant at HERTA SAS where involvement in the implementation of IFS Food version 7 certification was notable, and completing a quality assurance internship at HERTA SAS focusing on supplier monitoring, updating HACCP methods, and conducting internal audits. Earlier internships at COUBECHE Group and the National Laboratory for Food Analysis provided experience in product quality evaluation and microbiological analysis. Anissa holds a Master’s degree in Agroalimentaire from ISA Lille and a DUT from the University of Strasbourg, complemented by a Baccalauréat in Sciences.
