Alita Giuda

Alita Giuda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental and land use matters. Currently serving as a Partner at Couch White, LLP since September 2015, Alita specializes in environmental review, brownfields redevelopment, and complex permitting and compliance issues, along with advising clients in environmental and commercial litigation. Prior to this role, Alita held positions as a Partner and Associate Attorney at The West Firm PLLC, where guidance was provided on regulatory issues, SEQRA, zoning, and remediation under state and federal law. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Gilberti Stinziano Heintz & Smith, PC, focusing on environmental law and litigation, as well as internships at the Albany County District Attorney's Office and GE Power. Alita obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics from Colgate University.
