Amit Saha

Amit Saha currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Couchbase, focusing on Couchbase Query and Indexing since July 2023. Prior to this role, Saha was the Director of Product Management at DataStax from August 2021 to June 2023, where the development of Astra DB, a scalable multi-cloud Database-as-a-Service built on Apache Cassandra™, was a primary responsibility. Saha also held positions such as Principal Product Manager for Vertica at OpenText, Senior Product Manager for Object Storage & Analytics at Pure Storage, and Senior Product Manager at EMC, managing various analytics and data storage solutions. Notable early career experiences include product management and account management roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HCL Technologies. Saha holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jadavpur University, an MBA in Marketing from Nirma University, and a Nanodegree in Data Engineering from Udacity.
