Amy Tu

Amy Tu currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Couchbase, a position held since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Medallia and Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Early legal experience involved serving as a Law Clerk at Green Collar Communities, where research memos were drafted, and as a Law Student Public Interest Fellow at The World Bank, focusing on sanctionable misconduct in funded projects. Prior to law school, Amy held various positions such as Paralegal at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and Legal Assistant at Dunbar Harder, PLLC. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Government and German from The University of Texas at Austin. Additional language immersion was completed at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
