Dominic Nayan

Dominic Nayan is the UI/UX Design Lead at Couchers.org. Prior to their current position, they worked as a laboratory technician at Memphis Soboxone Clinics and a records management specialist at Tennessee Recovery Health Center of Memphis. Dominic also has experience in event planning and coordination, having served as the Event Director for Sigma Chi's annual Derby Days fundraiser. In addition to their work with Sigma Chi, Dominic has also served as the President and Social Chairman of the fraternity and as the Head of Recruitment.

Dominic Nayan received their MS in Experimental Psychology - Human Factors from the University of Idaho and their Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience degree from Centre College. Dominic also attended Christian Brothers High School Memphis.

They are on a team with Janis Lesinskis - Backend Developer, Hamish Fagg - Backend Developer, and Farley Farley - Head of Product. Some direct reports include Miuriel Feliks Kochva - UX & Graphic Designer, Marta Zaczek - UX and Graphic Designer, and Inbar Atias - UX Designer. Their manager is Itsi Weinstock, Executive Director.
