Angela Baldwin

Angela Baldwin has had a varied work experience. From 2001 to 2007, they worked for the US Air Force and US Air National Guard as a Staff Sergeant in Air Transportation. During this time, they participated in two-year active duty deployments in Operation Enduring Freedom, The Global War on Terrorism, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her roles included training subordinates, managing shifts, carrying out orders of superiors, working in customer service, warehouse operations, palletizing cargo, load planning of military aircrafts, and hazardous material handling.

In 2007, Angela Baldwin worked for Hewlett-Packard as an Escalations Coordinator/ Order Processor. Her roles included escalating customer complaints to find timely resolutions, helping product case managers with ordering of new products to meet customer needs, and working with management in training and mentoring of new employees.

From 2008 to present, Angela Baldwin has been working for Cougar Mountain Software as a Communications Manager, Public Relations/ Communication Manager, and Public Relations/Marketing. In their roles, they have worked to brand Cougar Mountain Software via press, social media and email blasts. Angela has also helped with lead generation and pitched in on all other Marketing duties. Angela has increased sales leads by 30% over two years and created advertising campaigns, web and print ads, and all forms of public relations including social media, email campaigns, website content and blogs. Angela has also maintained monthly and yearly budgets.

Angela Baldwin attended Boise State University from 2002-2007, where they earned a B.A in English Literature. Angela also attended Boise State University from 2001-2007 and obtained an English Lit. degree with a focus in English and Communication. In addition, they attended College of the Air from 2000-2007 and earned an Associates Degree in Applied Technology.
