Rachael M. Segal

Rachael M. Segal, Esq. is an accomplished attorney currently serving as an Associate at Coughlin Midlige & Garland LLP since December 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. at the New Jersey Superior Court's Appellate Division, and various internships at both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Superior Court of New Jersey. Rachael's editorial contributions to the Rutgers Law Record as IT Editor and Associate Editor, coupled with legislative work for the New Jersey Law Revision Commission, highlight a strong foundation in legal practice and research. Rachael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, English, and Political Science from William Paterson University, complemented by studies at the University of Cambridge.
