Stan Bergenhenegouwen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, sales, and management. Stan started their career in 2001 as a Sales Support Beverage at Norit Processtechnology BV. Stan then worked as a Sales Manager at Perrit BV from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they became the International Sales Manager at Red Penguin, a start-up in the educational toy industry. From 2007 to 2007, they had a project role in Sales & Marketing at Vtel telecom.
In 2008, Stan joined Norit Process Technology as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for marketing and communication. Stan led the marketing team and implemented consistent marketing strategies for trade shows, congresses, advertisements, websites, and marketing tools.
In 2011, Stan moved to Pentair Process Filtration as a Director of Strategic Marketing & Product Management. Stan later became a Global Program Manager for Salesforce CRM deployment and integration with ERP tools and online platforms. Stan also served as the Marketing Director, focusing on digital demand generation, e-commerce, and after-market services.
From 2017 onwards, Stan worked at Coulisse B.V. as the Managing Director DIY. Stan led the DIY division, assisting retailers in Europe and North America with innovative window decoration concepts. Stan offered product development, marketing services, and logistical solutions to ensure high-quality products and services.

Stan Bergenhenegouwen completed an Executive Development Program at SingularityU Benelux in 2018. Stan holds a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Stenden, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. In 2000 to 2001, they studied International Economics at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
