Prior roles include Accounting and Assurance Manager, Senior, and Staff at Alexander Thompson Arnold PLLC from May 2012 to May 2013, as well as a Staff Accountant position. Early career experience includes working as a Branch Associate - Intern at Edward Jones from May 2011 to April 2012. Ben Woods holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2012.

The firm that is now Coulter & Justus, P.C. began in the 1930′s in Knoxville, Tennessee. From the 1950′s to 1993, the firm was the Knoxville office of the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. In 1993, Ernst & Young partners, Sam Coulter and Ron Justus, acquired the Knoxville practice and changed our name to Coulter & Justus, P.C.
