Dr. Vickie Murillo

Dr. Vickie Murillo currently serves as the Superintendent of the Council Bluffs Community School District, a position held since July 2017. Additionally, Dr. Murillo has been associated with the Kansas City, MO School District since August 1995, where responsibilities have included serving as Chief Academic Officer and in various administrative roles. Dr. Murillo earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Baker University between 2010 and 2014, a Master’s degree in Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1995 to 1997, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Evangel University, completed from 1980 to 1984.
