Kelly Fischer

Kelly Fischer is an experienced professional specializing in human resources and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Council Bluffs Community School District since November 2018, responsibilities include managing all benefits and retirement programs, as well as overseeing safety and wellness committees.
