Angela Devere

Angela DeVere has a diverse work experience. Angela currently works as the Director of Membership Marketing and Events at CAEL, where they support adult learners and develops talent pipelines in partnership with educational institutions and workforce development organizations. Prior to that, they co-founded GalenaGuide.com and served as the Marketing Manager, successfully growing the company's online presence in a competitive market. Angela also worked as the Executive Director of the Galena Area Chamber of Commerce and as a Marketing Program Manager for The Driftless, where they helped with startup development and digital marketing campaigns. Angela has experience as a Children's Book Author, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a Volunteer Assistant at the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival, and a Performing Arts Teacher at Providence The College Preparatory School for Girls.

Angela DeVere has a diverse education history. In 1994, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they earned a BBA degree in Business in 1997. Angela then pursued further education and certifications later in their career. In 2021, they obtained a Digital Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In 2022, Angela enrolled in the Harvard Business School Online and completed a Certificate in Global Business, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce. Additionally, in the same year, they earned a Certificate in Human Rights Consulting from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.
