Christina Gaetano

Christina Gaetano is an experienced professional in grant writing and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Grants and Strategic Advancement at CAEL since May 2023. As the owner of Creative Grant Designs since 2012, Christina has specialized in consulting program design and policy development. Previous roles include Senior Grants Advisor at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority from November 2019 to October 2022, and Director of Grants and Foundations at SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., managing over $6.6 million in awarded contracts.
