Dr. Alicia M.

Dr. Alicia M. has extensive work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Higher Education Initiatives at CAEL since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Clayton State University for over a decade, starting in September 2011 as the Assistant Director for Community Standards & Case Manager. In this role, they were responsible for creating course materials, outlines, and teaching aids for quarterly trainings, achieving high learner satisfaction and knowledge retention.
