Patrick Julien

Patrick Julien began their work experience in 1980 at the Department of Communications in Canada as the Chief of International Technical Cooperation, a role they held until 1988. In 1985, they became the President of Caelis International Development, and in 1998, they joined The Commonwealth of Learning International as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director. Patrick remained in this position until 2002.

Patrick Julien attended Université de Sherbrooke from 1975 to 1977, where they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
