Mara Gordon is a prominent figure in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Co-chair of the Medical and Science subcommittee at the Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation since June 2021. The Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation (CFCR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Washington, DC. The mission of CFCR is to legitimize cannabis by assisting the federal government, its regulatory agencies, and industry to rethink, develop, and implement evidence-based cannabis regulations. We do this by bringing together the stakeholders of the cannabis industry and the federal government to create a safe and sensible marketplace.
