Keisha Walker

Keisha Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and fundraising within nonprofit organizations. Since January 2013, Keisha has held multiple roles at the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), progressing to Director of Finance & Events while overseeing administrative functions, budget management, and business development. Concurrently, Keisha serves as a Fundraising Consultant for the Urban League of Long Island, Inc., contributing to the agency’s annual fundraising strategy. Prior experience includes a notable 12-year tenure at the same organization, culminating in the role of Vice President for Development & Operations, where strategic planning and event coordination were key responsibilities. Earlier in Keisha's career, roles at Baruch College involved academic advisement and curriculum management. Keisha holds a Master's degree in Public Administration-Nonprofit from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Penn State University.
