Mary Monaco is an experienced professional currently serving as the 211 Virginia Community Engagement Team Lead at the Council of Community Services, where responsibilities include leading training, outreach, and support initiatives for over 5,000 organizations across Virginia. Additionally, Mary operates a small business, On Course Photos, specializing in portraiture and horse show photography.
