Grégoire Demoulin has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Grégoire started their career at Fédération Française de l'Assurance (FFA) as an Actuary in the Economic, Financial and International Department from 2002 to 2006. Grégoire then moved on to BNP Paribas where they held three roles, including Risk Actuary, IRFX Model Validation Quantitative Analyst, and ALM-Treasury Position Analyst from 2006 to 2014. Currently, they are working as the Head of Market Risk and Capital Management Unit in the Risk Directorate/Financial Risks Division at the Council of Europe Development Bank, a position they have held since 2014.

Grégoire Demoulin's education history includes a Msc, Science and Executive Engineering degree with a major in Energy and Processes from Mines Paris, completed from 1998 to 2001. Grégoire also pursued an Emerging Leaders Programme at The Wharton School, which was completed in 2020.

In addition, Grégoire obtained dual Msc degrees in Probability and Finance from both École Polytechnique and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) during the academic year 2001-2002.
