Cristobal Santiago Fundora Sitton, MSc, serves as an Adviser to the Presidency at the Council of the European Union since July 2022 and has been the National Security Adviser to The Deputy at the Asamblea Nacional de Panamá since March 2014, focusing on interagency operations and national security strategies. Additionally, Fundora Sitton holds multiple academic positions as an Associate Professor in National Security at Universidad Especializada de Las Américas and in Cybersecurity at Universidad del Istmo, Panama, while also contributing as an Analyst for the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. Furthermore, Fundora Sitton offers expertise as an External Expert - Instructor at the Hellenic Multinational Peace Support Operations Training Center and is involved in emergency response through SINAPROC. As the Founder of TRICORP, and a Business Owner at Hacienda San Cristobal S.A., Fundora Sitton oversees security, defense, intelligence, and operational activities. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree from Universidad de Granada and ongoing studies at the University of Haifa.
