Dalina Anghelescu

Dalina Anghelescu is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Project Manager and Service Manager for the DSMS project and the Delegates Portal ‘Info-corner’ at the Council of the European Union since April 2023. Previously, Dalina held the position of IT Project Manager at the European Economic and Social Committee, where responsibilities included coordinating the Business Intelligence team and overseeing the development of reporting solutions for HR/Finance and Political Work. From October 2007 to April 2022, Dalina worked as an Application Architect at the European Commission, focusing on managing and implementing common components for EAC IT systems. Dalina's earlier experience includes roles as a consultant and software developer at various organizations, with a strong educational background in Project Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Master’s degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
