Penny Jenkins

Penny Jenkins has extensive experience in non-profit management, serving as a member of the Womens Executive Network since 2001 and holding the title of President Emeritus at the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse since 1984. Throughout this tenure, Penny Jenkins managed over 22 programs and a staff of more than 100, focusing on fundraising, events, media outreach, and board management, and was instrumental in creating the Santa Barbara Fighting Back community coalition. From July 1985 to July 2012, Penny Jenkins held the position of President/CEO at the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, overseeing program development and staff management. In addition to these roles, Penny Jenkins provides consulting services in non-profit management, fundraising, community outreach, and board relations. Education includes graduate studies in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Montana, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Utah.
