Ushashi Datta

Ushashi Datta is currently serving as a Global South Fellow at CEEW, focusing on international cooperation in climate negotiations. Prior to this, Ushashi worked as a Legal Associate at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, and held various legal internships including at K&S Partners and with Senior Advocate Mr. Rana Mukherjee. Ushashi also has experience in legislative research and criminal litigation, and has interned at organizations such as PRS Legislative Research and CHRI. Ushashi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from NLSIU and a B.A. LLB (Hons.) with a major in Political Science from RGNUL, Patiala.
