Joseph Gangi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Appellate Counsel at Counsel Press Inc. since February 2021, providing appellate support and consultation to attorneys across the United States, particularly focusing on state-level courts in New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, as well as the Second and Fifth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Gangi has been the Managing Attorney at Gangi, P.A. since August 2016 and previously held the position of Appellate Counsel at AppealTech until its acquisition by Counsel Press. Additional legal experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Hamilton Miller & Birthisel, Senior Associate Attorney at Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod, Kantor, Law Clerk at NEUSTEIN LAW GROUP PA, and Judicial Intern at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and For Miami-Dade County. Prior to entering the legal field, Gangi built a diverse career in the hospitality sector, serving as an Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and General Manager. Gangi earned a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
