Prior experience includes working at Counsel Press LLC as Assistant Production Manager from June 2004 to March 2011, focusing on scanning, printing legal documents, and customer service. Radel began a career at Hostos Community College as a College Assistant from January 1996 to January 2004, providing printing support for faculty and staff. Radel holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Hostos Community College, completed in 2000.
