Robert Brucato

Robert Brucato is an experienced attorney specializing in appellate practice and procedure, currently serving as Senior Staff Counsel at Counsel Press LLC since April 1992. In this role, Robert assists attorneys in navigating the appellate process to ensure a smooth and efficient filing of appeals and briefs. Prior to this position, Robert worked as an Attorney at Maghran, McCarthy & Flynn on a Special Litigation Project, and at the United States Small Business Association in Niagara Falls, focusing on disaster assistance. Robert holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
