Maria Pencheva

Maria Pencheva is a Managing Director at Innovative Shareholder Strategies, LLC where she advises middle market companies on merges and acquisitions, ESOP transactions, refinancings and recapitalizations. Maria began her career at the Leveraged Finance division of Barclays Capital and later led the execution process on more than 20 transactions at CSG Partners. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and sits on the Board of Directors of the Mount Holyoke Club of New York City.
