Keerthana Sankar

Keerthana Sankar has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and data fields. In 2018, they were the Chief Data Officer at CounselMore Educational Consulting Software, where they managed the complete data pipeline for a CRM tool, wrote Python scripts, developed and optimized a MySQL database, and implemented a MySQL staging database on Google Cloud Platform. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Project Engineer at Truebeck Construction, where they identified the impact of building design changes, ensured timely completion of change orders, and reviewed associated pricing for accuracy. In 2015, they were a Design Engineer at PERI, where they customized formwork products for various concrete applications, assembled construction drawings, and managed material counts and order scheduling. In 2014, they were an Engineering Intern at PERI, where they analyzed formwork systems and designed formwork panels with AutoCAD. In 2013, they were an Engineering Intern at Mark Thomas and Company, where they analyzed as-built drawings and updated standard details and other data for the Cupertino Sanitary District using AutoCAD and Excel.

Keerthana Sankar attended Monta Vista High School from 2007 to 2011. Keerthana then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, which they completed in 2015. In 2017, they began their Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, which they completed in 2019.
