Margaret Rothe

Margaret Rothe has been working in the education industry since 2003. Margaret began their career at San Francisco State University as a Campus Leadership Student Affairs. In 2009, they founded HigherGrounding College Counseling, a business providing prospective college students and their families with assistance in choosing the right college, navigating the application processes, and understanding what is needed to transition into “student life” on campus. In 2016, they founded CounselMore Educational Consulting Software, which provides speed and efficiency for Educational Consultants, Educational Entrepreneurs, Pioneers a new industry, Seasoned Educational Professionals, to organize their services and counseling process. In 2019, they became a Contributing Member of UC Berkeley ext. and in 2021, they became the managing partner of All College Pros.

Margaret Rothe obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Richmond, The American International University in London between 1989 and 1994. Margaret then went on to receive their Master's Degree in Higher Education Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut between 2002 and 2004.
