Winston Weems II is an experienced level designer with a career spanning over eight years in the gaming industry. Beginning as a level designer at Industry Games from August 2015 to January 2020, Winston contributed significantly to game development, honing skills in design and player experience. In January 2020, Winston transitioned to Counterplay Games, where currently serving as a senior level designer and previously holding the position of level designer, demonstrating a solid trajectory of growth and expertise in the field.

Counterplay Games is an independent video game studio based in California. We're a scrappy and entrepreneurial team, taking deep pride in our craft, and in our personal growth. Gaming is our first love—we're drawn to it like moths to a flame. We have an unquenchable fire in our bellies: we can't stop creating games, and we can't stop thinking about games, even in our sleep. No question is left unturned as we push the limits of this medium.
