Achianu Folefac

Achianu Folefac is currently working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at CounterPoint Health Services since April 2023. Prior to this, Folefac held the role of ACT Team PMHNP-BC, ADHD-CCSP at The Southern Maryland Community Network from July 2022 to April 2023. Before joining the Southern Maryland Community Network, Folefac worked as an MSN, PMHNP-BC at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from March 2017 to July 2022. Folefac earned a Master of Science degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University from March 2018 to December 2021.
