Tanya Wilson

Tanya Wilson has over 20 years of experience in midwifery and nursing, currently serving as the Service Manager for Inpatient and Community Maternity Services and Clinical Nurse Director for Women’s Health at Counties Manukau Health since 2010. Tanya provides professional leadership and manages education delivery within the healthcare workforce. Previous roles include Charge Midwife Manager, Midwife Educator, and Clinical Educator, focusing on professional development and clinical support for midwives and nursing staff. Tanya's career began as a Registered Nurse, progressing through various nursing and midwifery roles, and includes leadership positions in intensive care. Tanya holds a Master's Degree in Health Leadership from the University of Auckland, along with several degrees in nursing and midwifery from Auckland University of Technology.
