Elise Wordekemper

Elise Wordekemper is a dedicated graduate student researcher at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where involvement in Project LINK focuses on examining the influence of professional networks on the scholarly activities of early faculty in Physical Therapy Education Programs. Concurrently, Elise serves as a physical therapy technician at Husker Rehab and Wellness, providing essential support to healthcare professionals. As president of the Delta Gamma sorority, Elise leads initiatives that promote friendship and educational pursuits among members. Additional experience includes roles as a suite hostess and waitress, contributing to customer service excellence, as well as experience in residential support for individuals with disabilities. Elise holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, respectively.
