Dan Schlipmann

Dan Schlipmann, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industries, currently serving as the Director of Field Services, Training and Development at Illinois Farm Bureau since January 2014. Prior to this role, Dan held positions such as Director of Field Support and Field Support Manager within the same organization. With a background at COUNTRY Financial since 2004, Dan functions as a Senior Employment Coordinator and previously worked as a Senior Claims Representative. Dan's career began at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Sales/New Business representative and included roles at Archer Daniels Midland as a Commodity Trader, Grain Merchandiser, and Sales professional. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Illinois State University, complemented by education at Quincy University and Quincy Notre Dame High School.
