David Ihlenfeldt has extensive experience in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at COUNTRY Financial® since September 2018, where numerous learning solutions have been created and implemented. Prior to this, David held positions at State Farm Insurance Company, concluding as a Learning Analyst in the L&D department after accumulating experience as a Vendor Management Analyst and an Instructional Designer. David's career highlights include receiving a Course Manager Designation for teaching instructional design and developing effective training solutions tailored to business needs. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Illinois State University and attended Lincoln Land Community College.
