Doug Ficca

Doug Ficca possesses extensive experience in corporate learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Learning & Design at COUNTRY ® Financial since 2005. In this role, Doug oversees a team responsible for the design and delivery of leadership and employee training programs.
