Erin Easter

Erin Easter is a seasoned User Experience Strategist with extensive experience in digital transformation and user-centered design. Currently serving as the Lead User Experience Strategist at COUNTRY Financial since October 2018, Erin has shaped the user experience for various tools, including home and auto quoting systems, document upload processes, and term life insurance calculators. Prior experience at State Farm from June 2000 to September 2018 included roles such as Technology Analyst, Digital Project Lead, and Product Business Analyst, where Erin contributed to digital strategy, agile project management, and customer-facing online solutions. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University and a BA in Psychology and Computer Science from Knox College.
