Kirk Boaz is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Sr. IT Project Manager at COUNTRY Financial® since January 2019. Previously, Kirk held various positions at State Farm® from August 1986 to April 2018, including Project Manager for Digital and Business projects, Claims Automation & Procedures Section Manager, Auto Claim Section Manager, and Auto Claims Management Instructor. Throughout a robust career, Kirk has managed teams and projects across multiple states and areas of insurance, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing project deliverables, budget tracking, and employee management. Kirk Boaz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1982 to 1986.
