Mason Dively

Mason Dively is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and end-user computing operations, currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure / End User Computing Operations and Support at COUNTRY Financial® since April 2015. In this role, Mason leads a team of 7 onshore service leads and over 60 offshore support resources, overseeing various technical support domains, including Windows/VMware, Unix Server, and network security. Prior to this, Mason held multiple managerial positions at COUNTRY Financial®, managing hosting services, infrastructure operations, and platform services. Mason's earlier career includes significant roles at Amdocs and Parkland College, where expertise in IT project management and systems administration was developed. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Microcomputer Specialist and foundational coursework in Management Information Systems and Business Administration.
