Raj Menon

Raj Menon, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, is an experienced project manager and software development professional with a strong background in regulatory, compliance, and business-driven projects in the life and health insurance sector at COUNTRY Financial® since November 2017. Prior to this role, Raj served as a Manager in IS Sales and Marketing at Boston Scientific, where improvements in agile delivery and scrum process adherence were achieved. Raj also has a solid track record in product development and project management from prior positions at Integrated Decisions and Systems "IDeaS," NIIT Limited, and Pertech Computers Limited, contributing to significant advancements in software solutions and process efficiencies. Raj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Delhi University.
