Rob McDade was named senior vice president of Property/Casualty for COUNTRY Financial in September 2019.
He had served as vice president of Agency Operations since February 2016. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Customer Service, vice president of Financial and Brokerage Solutions and vice president of COUNTRY Trust Bank. Prior to that, he worked as assistant general counsel in the Office of the General Counsel.
Before joining the organization in 1995, McDade was an attorney for Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles. He holds a juris doctorate, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., and a bachelor's degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He has also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Chartered Life Underwriter designations.
McDade is chair of the Leadership Council for the Griffith Insurance Education Foundation. He serves on advisory boards for the Illinois State University College of Business and College of Arts & Sciences.
