Marc B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc started their career in the Iowa Army National Guard in 1992 and served as a 13B until 2000. Marc then worked as a Network Engineer Data and Voice at DuPont Pioneer from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Iowa Central Community College as an Instructor of CNT until 2002. Following that, Marc held various roles at Country Maid, Inc, including Systems Engineer, Engineering Manager, Systems Integration Specialist, Manager of Technology, and currently serves as the VP of Engineering & Technology.

Marc B. has a diverse educational background. Marc started their education journey at Iowa State University in 1993 and studied both Education and Computer Science. Marc completed their studies in 1997. Later, in 2001, Marc B. attended Iowa State University again and pursued a field of study in Education. Marc completed this program in 2002. Marc B. also holds various certifications, including SQF Certification: Introduction, Interpretation and Implementation for Practitioners obtained in July 2013 from AIB International, Inc. Marc also has certifications in OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health (January 2013), Ammonia Refrigeration Site Specific Training (September 2012), Certified HACCP Manager (October 2011), Professional HACCP Manager (October 2011), Supervisory and Leadership skills enhancement (April 2007), Cisco Certified Networking Associate (June 2002), Cisco Certified Networking Instructor (August 2001), Train The Trainer (August 2000), and Certified Technician of Laser Theory & Repair (October 1997).
