Amber Kustan

Amber Kustan is a seasoned professional with a background in gerontology and extensive experience in the senior living industry. Since December 2018, Amber has served as the Director of Cultural Initiatives at Country Meadows Retirement Communities, where responsibilities include developing strategies to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Prior roles include Project Coordinator, E-Commerce Support Coordinator at SeniorLivingU, Operations Manager, Client Service Coordinator, and Home Care Associate at Country Meadows At Home. Amber holds an Associate of Arts degree in Gerontology from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, completed in 2018.
