Crystal F.

Crystal F. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Crystal started their career at JoBa Inc in 2000, where they served as the Owner Operator Director for 14 years until 2014. In 2014, they joined Country Meadows Retirement Communities and held various roles, including Campus Executive Director from April 2014 to November 2021, Executive Director of Business Operations from November 2021 to December 2022, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations starting from December 2022.

Crystal F. began their education journey in 2001 at the University of Maryland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Crystal completed their undergraduate studies in 2009.

In 2021, Crystal F. enrolled in the University of Maryland Global Campus to pursue a Masters of Project Management. Crystal'sexpected graduation year is 2024. Crystal'sfield of study is specifically focused on Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Crystal F. also obtained two certifications. In May 2015, they obtained a Personal Care Home Administrator certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. Later, in February 2023, they obtained an Assisted Living Administrator certification from the same institution.
