Daniel Mills, MHA, PCHA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Daniel began their career at Bayard Sales Corporation as an intern in 2002 and then worked at T.D. Mills Promotional Products, a family business, from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they had a summer internship at Merrill Lynch before joining Chubb in 2005. At Chubb, they worked as a Marketing Specialist from 2006 to 2011 and as an Underwriter from 2005 to 2006.

In 2011, Daniel joined Country Meadows Retirement Communities, where they held multiple positions over the years. Daniel started as a Pathways Manager in 2011 and later became a Connections Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Campus Executive Director and held this role until 2015.
